In answering the question, "Is one specific activity better than others, more suited to freedom from reaction?" Krishna replies that the specific activity is not as important as the wisdom with which one performs it.
Thus Krishna returns all the more strongly to the point that began this section - Action must be performed with wisdom. Action done in the wisdom of selflessness, whatever action it may be, produces no reaction.
